Choosing the Ideal Seat
If you would like to enjoy an undisturbed sleep during your flight, you should know that one of the keys is the right seat. A windows seat will minimize the risk of being woken by your neighbor who is going to the toilet. Also, you can lean against it instead of falling asleep on your neighbor’s shoulders. The quietest seats on the plane are the ones in the front row and they usually recline unlike the ones in the back.
Bringing Comfort Items
Catching some shut eye during red eye flights will be so much more comfortable if you bring with you items that will make it so. For instance, you can cancel the noise around you with soothing music uploaded on your MP3 player. You can also bring with you an eye mask, pillow and comfortable socks. If you are serious about sleeping on board, then you should not hesitate bringing these items with you.
Before Take Off
Since you are planning to spend the entire flight sleeping, you should make sure that you do not do anything that will interfere with your body such as taking a nap before going to the airport or drinking any beverage containing caffeine.
